Dr. Bethany Foust

Dr. Bethany Foust is a graduate of Mississippi State University and returned to her home state of Pennsylvania to be closer to family. A dedicated feline advocate and proud “Crazy Cat Lady,” she’s passionate about improving the lives of cats — though she has a soft spot for dogs, too!

Dr. Foust shares her home with three pampered cats, one loyal dog, a feisty betta fish, and her husband Nick — her high school sweetheart whom she found love with in a cooking class (Go Franklin Knights!).

When she’s not caring for animals, Dr. Foust embraces life with curiosity and enthusiasm. On weekends, you might find her fishing, hiking, or hunting for hidden culinary gems — she and Nick are passionate foodies! A committed Peloton rider and strength-training enthusiast, she also loves quiet moments with a good book, hot cup of coffee, and a cozy reading chair, often diving into romance or fantasy adventures.

Her creative spirit shines through in baking (especially breads and sweets) and hands-on DIY projects — from building custom bookshelves and fireplaces to working in her garden. A true explorer at heart, Dr. Foust has traveled across the U.S. and abroad with plenty of National Parks still on her list to discover. Every pet she meets is cared for with the same patience, compassion, and gentle spoiling she gives her own — because they deserve nothing less.
