"I'm not the type to leave any sort of review but If I could give a 10 stars review to this place I would. One of the most hardest moments of my life was having to put my dog sassy down somewhere by myself . I don't have family to come with me or support me through things like this which makes it all the more harder. big rock really stepped it up and got me through it like they were family and a part of my dogs life. I even received a signed letter from all of the staff sending love for my loss. Thank you so much to you and your team for making my experience as heart warming and comfortable as it could be on my own. I look forward to in the future bringing my next best friend your guys' way :')"
