"Since the pandemic, most veterinarian offices have lost their compassion and empathy for their patient's"parents". Believe me, I understand, it is a"business", and the profession is extremely stressful and draining, but when a"family member"is ill, a little compassion goes a long way to comfort the parents of the patient! Big Rock's staff is compassionate, understanding, and extremely accommodating, especially for a neurotic pet owner like me:). Shannon was outstanding and handled a very difficult pet with ease and expertise. We have seven four-legged children and going forward, they will be Big Rock patients!
