"Since the pandemic, most veterinarian offices have lost their compassion and empathy for their patient's"parents". Believe me, I understand, it is a"business", and the profession is extremely stressful and draining, but when a"family member"is ill, a little compassion goes a long way to comfort the parents of the patient! Big Rock's staff is compassionate, understanding, and extremely accommodating, especially for a neurotic pet owner like me:). Shannon was outstanding and handled a very difficult pet with ease and expertise. We have seven four-legged children and going forward, they will be Big Rock patients! Thank you for the wonderful service you provided for our very"special"child Maddie. She's doing well and she thanks you too!!!"
